Smart Granny Flats is a division of Smart Solution Homes, an experienced offsite manufacturing company specialising in fully built minor dwellings delivered to site. We’re now looking for agency partners around the country to help us expand.
You’ll act as the local face of Smart Granny Flats — meeting clients, answering questions, showcasing our range, and helping customers navigate their journey to owning a high-quality prebuilt granny flat.
No building experience needed — just sales ability, initiative, and local connections.

✅ What You’ll Be Doing
As a local agent for Smart Granny Flats, you will:
Follow up on enquiries (we’ll help generate leads)
Discuss granny flat designs and specifications with clients
Guide clients through the sales and quoting process
Provide local insight and represent our brand in your area
Collaborate with our in-house team for pricing and logistics
You’ll be supported with brochures, training, and ongoing marketing resources to help you succeed.
